How do I request changes to my site?
Send us a message on Google Chat or use the form below. Describe what you need changed — a screenshot helps. We'll scope it and give you a timeline, usually same-day for small updates.
What's included in my support plan?
Your support plan covers bug fixes, content updates, and minor design adjustments. Larger feature additions are scoped as separate projects. We'll always tell you upfront if something falls outside your plan.
How fast do you respond?
Within 24 hours on business days, often within a few hours. Critical issues like site outages get priority — message us on Google Chat and we'll jump on it.
My site is down — what do I do?
Message us immediately on Google Chat — that's the fastest channel. Include the URL and what you're seeing (error message, blank page, etc.). We treat outages as top priority and typically resolve them within the hour.
How do I update content myself?
It depends on your project setup. Some sites include a CMS where you can edit text and images directly. Others require us to make changes. Ask us and we'll walk you through what you can update on your own.
What happens after my project launches?
We monitor for issues in the first week and fix anything that comes up. After that, your support plan kicks in for ongoing maintenance. We also schedule a 30-day check-in to review performance and discuss next steps.
